We know, it's confusing. There are many memory foam mattresses on the market making many different claims. Every brand has its own formula – like Coke and Pepsi. But not all are created equal. We think ours provides the superior combination of support, comfort, affordability and sustainability. And using the latest technology available, our mattresses are specifically designed to promote better health and well-being. Our mattresses are also CertiPur approved where most of our competitors are not. (Did we mention ours does it for less than half the price?)

Good question. Different people have different likes, needs and body types. We suggest that you carefully read all of our mattress descriptions and choose the mattress that best fits your unique needs. They vary in different sizes and thicknesses.

Nope. Our mattresses do not retain heat and shouldn't "sleep hot" as our memory foam is specifically designed to sleep cooler than most other foams on the market. It is made of Advanced Visco Technology. We have enlarged the actual memory foam cells to allow for the air to pass thru with ease. There are billions of these cells that make up a memory foam mattress. The result is that Nature’s Sleep memory foam mattresses sleep cool and natural.

When you acquire a new GhostBed's memory foam mattress, you do not want it to develop deep body indentations as this will create an uneven mattress which will lead to uncomfortable sleeping. GhostBed mattresses are not reversible or flippable. Laying the mattress on a flat surface or good condition foundation will maintain the mattress lifespan.

If you have a Memory Foam Topper, it should be flipped every 2 weeks.

Shipping & handling is FREE for all 48 continental states! Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii is $600 for freight.

Our products are shipped within 24 hours after your order is complete. Depending on where you’re located in the country, your order will usually arrive at your door within 3-5 business days. Since we ship from different locations, your products may arrive separately.

Please note: We will send you an email with tracking details as soon as your product leaves the building.

All mattresses are shipped compressed and vacuum-packed, and are delivered by FedEx. This means that your mattress will arrive in a much smaller box than you’re probably expecting. Don’t be alarmed! Our cutting-edge technology allows us to safely compress the bed for shipping.

As soon as you unpack your mattress, it will expand to its normal size. Please make sure you open it in the room where you’ll use it. And watch it open—you’ll like what you see!

Because we ship within 24 hours, we process orders immediately and are unable to make any address changes after the order has been submitted.
